Shri N. Muruganandam born on 10th May, 1969 in Chennai. He completed his B. Tech in Electronics and communication Engineering in the year 1991 from the University of Madras and he completed Master of Engineering in Electronics & Communications Engineering from ANNA University Madras in the year 1994.
