Tries Island Lighthouse

The tries island Lighthouse is a 24 24-meter high GI trestle tower established in the year 2018. Tries Island is an inhabitant island with area of 0.26 Sqm Km. It is a remote unmanned lighthouse. The Tries lighthouse servers mainly the marine fisherman fraternity for ensuring safe navigation. The Tries lighthouse can be approached via Sea from Port Blair through Departmental vessel or any chartered vessel upto anchorage Point and from anchorage point by dinghy upto shore.
